I'm with you on the exercising, and th...Anita, <br />I'm with you on the exercising, and that's why I use the REFIT videos. I cheered when I was in high school, and I've always loved to dance. Their videos incorporate both, and they have multiple (9) routines. And that keeps it from getting to be a boring exercise routine.<br />If I had someplace to do so, I also love hiking and horseback riding. Alas, I don't live near the mountain trails I love, and I don't have my own horse... So, I only get to do those things once or twice a year. I love that you would rather get exercise through labor and playing sports.
