Not to mention my daily concerns for my husband and his calling. However, do I have the peace that we are promised when we accept Jesus in our heart? Yes. But, (and I know the "but" is only in the way), But, I am a woman. It is in my dna to worry, to have anxiety, to want to see that all of my ducks are in a row. And when they're not, I scurry to get them back in line. So, I empathize with you, I agree that you must stop, shut the power down, and take some "me" time. Yesterday started with rain outside, I took that as an invitation to sleep until 11 and mosey through my day at my own pace. It was quite invigorating. Today is a new day, and I have much to do. Family comeing in town for a visit, My grandbaby has 1 1/2 hours of therapy, my son will no doubt have homework to help with, I must have dinner on the table by 5:30 as we have church tonight at 7pm. So thank you for your inspirational thoughts and I hope you are enjoying your day to recoup. You deserve it!!
Love, your friend and sister in Christ,
CharlotteCharlottenoreply@blogger.com
